This is a 45 min, non-commitment phone call or video chat to consult on business or gain clarity by discussing your journey, goals and any obstacles that you may come across in your daily life. The objective to these sessions is to give direction and/or create action steps to get you to your goal.

We will keep record of discussion via recording (permission needs to be granted) as well as digital notes, which you receive after each session. We maintain these in our hippa compliant system in case you decide to come back, you are able to measure your progress. Read all about our system HERE

This connection may start out with uncertain direction or topic of conversation on your part but once complete you will leave with a clear understanding of your next steps.
